Cancellation Policy

For colour/lightening/extension services must book a Consultation first prior to booking a full service. A 50% non refundable Deposit is needed to book all appointments online. The deposit will be applied towards the cost of the service. Cancellations before 48 hours will not incur any additional charges beyond deposit. cancellations made after 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
